Attorney Referral Program

At Z.A. Lawyers, we truly value the relationships we build with referral lawyers of all types. As one of the nation’s top plaintiff’s law firms, we’re dedicated to enhancing client recoveries and providing significant benefits to the lawyers who entrust us with their cases, which is why we created the AlderConnect Attorney Referral Program.

Whether you need support at the start of litigation or assistance right before mediation or trial, we’re here to step in as co-counsel. We also welcome ongoing co-counsel partnerships with attorneys who wish to remain actively involved from the outset.

Some benefits of our referral program include:

  • Access to our 3000+ expert deposition database
  • A premium legal networking community
  • Virtual and in-person events
  • Exclusive invitations to VIP experiences
  • Opportunity to be interviewed on the AlderTalk podcast

We prioritize swift payment of referral fees upon case resolution and invite lawyers from all specialties and firm sizes to join our expanding referral network. Your trust in us will not only support your clients but also add value to your practice.

Referral Fee Amount

The referral fee percentage depends on the individual circumstances of each case. Factors to consider: the type of case, the risk level, the anticipated costs, the desired level of involvement of the referring attorney, and the stage of the litigation. Proudly, Z.A. Lawyers always reaches an equitable fee-sharing arrangement with referring attorneys.

Please (Contact Us) if you have a case you want to refer to us, if you want to co-counsel with us, or if you are litigating a case that has reached a difficult stage and you need our assistance.

As permitted by law, we enter into fee-sharing agreements with all types of lawyers, regardless of their area of practice. All referral agreements are authorized in writing by the client in advance of a case’s resolution so there is never a misunderstanding about the sharing of fees at the end of the case. Z.A. Lawyers complies with all State Bar rules regarding lawyer fee-sharing agreements.
